This was my first online gift basket order. I chose this basket because of the dimensions, I wanted something really really pretty and impressive for some of my clients as a 'thank you'. I chose this one because the dimensions showed the basket was much taller than the others. I thought the photo looked great and the price reasonable, though I would spend more if necessary. Luckily I visited one of the clients right after they got the basket, it was still unopened. I WAS DISAPPOINTED! It was not very pretty!!There was a smallish red bow, not where the photo shows, it looked like something you could pick up in a market, slightly larger. Other comments, it did get delivered on time. The site was very difficult to use. Because the basket was NOT pretty or impressive, I would look elsewhere next time or go to a store and pick one out myself and mail it, so I KNOW what I'm sending next time.
