Due to interstate shipping laws concerning alcohol, we can ship gifts with wine only to the following states: Arizona (AZ), California (CA), Colorado (CO), Connecticut (CT), Florida (FL), Idaho (ID), Illinois (IL), Iowa (IA), Indiana (IN), Louisiana (LA), Michigan (MI), Minnesota (MN), Missouri (MO), North Carolina (NC), Nebraska (NE), New York (NY), Nevada (NV), New Mexico (NM), North Dakota (ND), Ohio (OH), Oregon (OR), Texas (TX), Virginia (VA), Wisconsin (WI), West Virginia (WV), Wyoming (WY).

The recipient, by law, must be at least 21 years of age, with proof of age. Wine shipments can't be delivered without an adult signature.
