Breast of Chicken Cordon Bleu

To cook, first preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Place your desired number of portions on a foil-lined, raised-edge baking sheet. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. These can also be microwaved for your convenience. Simply remove each breast from the plastic wrap and place upside down on a microwave-safe dish. Cook uncovered on high power for 1 to 2 minutes per side. Rotate the dish and allow to stand for 1 minute before cooking on high for an additional 1 to 2 minutes.
