Gourmet Burger Buffet

Patties can be prepared either by grilling, broiling, or pan-frying. To grill or broil after thawing, simply cook for 5 to 6 minutes per side. Do not overcook or the burgers will be dry. Frozen buns should be defrosted in the microwave for two minutes or heated in the oven at 350 degrees for 2 to 3 minutes directly on the oven rack. The vegetable side dishes can be heated in either the oven or microwave.
