Stuffed Sole

The Omaha Steaks Stuffed Sole brings delicious and convenient seafood to the dinner table. These six 4.5-ounce white sole fillets each feature a delicious savory breadcrumb stuffing with your choice of either shrimp and garlic or scallops and crabmeat. Perfectly complemented by a tossed salad, the stuffed sole serves six people.

To prepare, do not thaw. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and add approximately 2 tablespoons of water to the bottom of the pan. Bake the sole uncovered for 30 to 40 minutes. This meal can also be microwaved. Again, add 2 tablespoons of water to the bottom of a microwave-safe dish. Cover with plastic wrap, taking care to vent one corner. Microwave on high for 3 minutes, turn, and cook for an additional 2.5 minutes.
