Cover the dish with plastic wrap, venting one corner. Cook on 30% power for 9 minutes, flipping midway through. Cook on 60% power for 6 to 7 additional minutes. Let stand before serving.
These tails can also be cooked in the oven, broiler, or grill. In the oven, wrap each tail tightly in aluminum foil and place on a baking sheet on the center rack.
